Domestic Shipping Policy (Canada)

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 3 Days.

We do not ship orders on weekend or statutory holidays. This may lead to a processing time longer than 3 days if there is a statutory holiday. PMW will contact the customers is there is such a situation that occurs.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent via email, if email is provided.  If an email is not provided, customer can contact info@puremaplewater.ca to request their tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Pure Maple Water Company Ltd is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Damages

Pure Maple Water Company Ltd will replace any damaged Maple Water tetrapak in the event of damage occurring during shipment, subject to following information being provided: 

  1. Customer is to contact info@puremaplewater.com within 2 days of receipt of the damaged goods.
  2. Customer to provide 2 photos of the damaged goods.
  3. Customer to provide statement that the damaged was not caused by anyone due to box or tetrapak being dropped or mishandled. ( other the shipping company )

Returns Policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund or exchange due to the nature of the goods being perishable.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@puremaplewater.ca and send your item to: 202 - 4676 Main Street, Vancouver BC, V5V3R7, Canada.
